    You Need to Know

    • Before using our products, make sure to thoroughly oscillate or ultrasonic to maintain a uniform suspension of the beads.
    • If the analyte has strong hydrophilicity, part of the methanol in the eluent can be replaced with water to reduce potential solvent effects.
    • The magnetic beads have weak oxidizing properties. If the target analyte has strong reducing properties, a low concentration reducing agent such as 100 mg/L ascorbic acid solution can be added during the activation/equilibration step.
    • After completing the solid phase extraction steps, the sample needs to be filtered or centrifuged before performing LC/LC-MS analysis.
    • For best results, select and use the appropriate MSPE material for solid phase extraction.
