    Product Description

    Oil-soluble CuInS/ZnS quantum dots (QDs) are semiconductor nanocrystals with a core-shell structure of copper indium sulfide (CuInS) as the core and zinc sulfide (ZnS) as the shell, with the surface covered by hydrophobic ligands. The photostability of the CuInS core is significantly enhanced by covering with a shell of ZnS. The oil-soluble CuInS/ZnS QDs exhibit tunable photoluminescence (PL) behavior in the visible and near-infrared spectral ranges with significantly lower toxicity than that of the cadmium-based counterparts, making them promising for light emitting and solar harvesting applications.
