    Product Introduction:

Silver-coated microspheres are spherical particles with a core material, such as soda lime glass, poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), or silica, coated with a thin layer of silver (Ag). The silver coating provides the microspheres with enhanced electrical conductivity and reflectivity, making them well-suited for applications that demand exact control of electrical properties. Furthermore, this coating also enhances the mechanical properties of the microspheres, providing durability and strength, while the core material offers additional benefits such as rigidity, compliance, or high-density performance.

    Our Products

Conductive silver-coated solid soda lime glass microspheres have a dry powdery appearance and can be used in anisotropic conductive films and adhesives. These microspheres are coated with a thin layer of silver, enhancing their electrical conductivity, making them ideal for applications that require precise and reliable electrical connections.

Conductive silver-coated PMMA microspheres / microparticles are offered as free-flowing dry powders, with particle sizes ranging from 5 microns to 750 microns. The PMMA cores, coated with conductive silver, are ideal for applications where some deflection is required while maintaining conductivity and compliance. These particles are particularly suited for use as conductive spacers in bondline applications and provide significant advantages in anisotropic conductive film applications, where they create conductivity in a single direction.

Conductive silver-coated monodisperse silica microspheres are constructed with a solid silica core and a thin layer of silver coating. This combination provides the dual benefits of 1) the electrical conductivity and reflectivity of the silver coating, and 2) the narrow particle size distribution and spherical shape of monodisperse silica microspheres. These microspheres serve as an effective conductive spacer solution for applications in LCD displays and other electronic components.
