    Product Introduction:
Flow cytometry fluorescent encoded microspheres are a specialized tool used in flow cytometry for multiplexed analysis of biological samples. These microspheres are conjugated with specific capture molecules and, when passed through a laser beam in a flow cytometer, emit distinct fluorescence signatures that enable the identification and quantification of different targets.

    Our Products

Our products are accurately counted using resistance particle counter, featuring highly uniform particle size distribution and fluorescence intensity distribution (CV< 5%). The surface of the microspheres is functionalized with carboxyl groups for efficient protein coupling. In addition, our products can generate signals in the APC and APC-Cy7 fluorescence channels, while detection channels can use common fluorescence channels such as PE.

Our products are one-dimensional flow cytometry fluorescent encoded microspheres that fluorescent dyes with a maximum emission wavelength of 680 nm. Our product line consists of microspheres with two different particle sizes. The 4 μm size microspheres are available in 7 different fluorescence intensities and the 5 μm size microspheres are available in 8 different fluorescence intensities. If you need more information about our products, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Product Advantages

    • Our products can analyze multiple analytes in a single run, saving time and reducing sample volume requirements.
    • Due to the high specificity of the capture molecules and the sensitivity of fluorescence detection, our products offer precise and sensitive quantification of targets.

    Product Applications

    • Immunoassays: Commonly used for multiplex immunoassays to measure cytokines, hormones, and other proteins in biological samples.
    • Nucleic Acid Detection: Used in assays to detect and quantify nucleic acids, such as in genotyping or expression analysis.
    • Drug Screening: Employed in high-throughput screening assays to evaluate the effects of various compounds on multiple targets.
    • Clinical Diagnostics: Applied in diagnostic assays for the simultaneous detection of multiple disease markers.

    • Our products are for scientific research use only and should not be used for other purposes.

    FAQs

Q: What can be done if the fluorescent encoded microspheres have poor reaction activity after coupling the antibody?

A: First, you should determine whether the issue is due to insufficient antibody coupling or if the antibody is inactivated during the coupling process. If the coupling efficiency is low, you can try increasing the ionic strength of the coupling buffer, adjusting the pH to bring it closer to the isoelectric point of the antibody, or increasing the amount of EDC/Sulfo-NHS used. If the coupling efficiency is sufficient but the antibody is inactivated, you should try decreasing the ionic strength of the coupling buffer, adjusting the pH to move it away from the isoelectric point of the antibody, or reducing the amount of EDC/Sulfo-NHS used.
