Product Introduction:
Quantum dot light-emitting diode (QLED) inks are specially formulated inks containing dispersed quantum dots. Composition and Working Principle
QLED inks are formulated by dispersing high-quality quantum dots—commonly based on semiconductor nanocrystals such as Cd-based or perovskite materials—into a compatible solvent system along with stabilizing agents and additives. The resulting ink must maintain excellent dispersion stability to prevent aggregation and ensure uniform film formation during printing.
When deposited onto a substrate through printing techniques, the quantum dots form a thin functional layer that emits light when excited electrically or optically.
